Alumni Ticket Pick-up You will be able to pick them up at VIP check-in along with your Alumni accreditation badge at the RBC Convention Centre starting Wednesday, November 25 at 12:00pm and available all throughout festival week. The VIP check-in is located at the RBC Convention Centre on the main floor in Room 17 and will be open between the hours of 10:00am to 8:00pm.
